How Can diarrhea Along With Abdominal Bloating Be Treated?

I have a dull pain that has been growing worse throughout the day, in the area below my sternum. I have abdominal bloating, fatigue/exhaustian, diarrhea, and a headache. I have had food poisoning before and this does not feel the same as food poisoning. It feels like pressure in my central upper abdomen.

it appears tobe gastritis. take antacid like omiprazol with polycrol gel and tab unienzyme. can take ECG and with report consult cardiologist.
